We are looking for both experienced and new residents to join this collaborative team at UNC Health Caldwell in Lenoir, NC. There is strong collaboration with surgeons and the surgical team at this facility. Enjoy 17 weeks off per year, supporting a strong work-life balance.

Staffing model—Anesthesiologist :

• Week 1 : Monday to Friday, no call
• Week 2 : Monday to Friday, taking primary call
• Week 3 : Off
