Sales Executive
Territory Management & Prospecting : Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the assigned territory to maximize market penetration and achieve revenue goals. Identify and qualify new business leads through cold calling, networking events, referrals, industry research, and existing client relationships. Conduct in-depth market research to understand local trends, competitive landscape, and client needs within the territory.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building : Schedule and conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with prospective clients. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their unique business challenges. Actively listen to client needs, pain points, and objectives to propose relevant and effective solutions. Provide exceptional pre-sale and post-sale support, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering loyalty.
Sales Process & Closing : Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and discovery to proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotes, and contracts tailored to client requirements. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., solution engineers, marketing, product, client service) to ensure seamless execution of client solutions and a positive client experience.
Reporting & Performance : Accurately track and manage sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Consistently meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and competitor activities to sales management.
Product Expertise & Market Awareness : Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of our products / services, features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions. Attend industry events, trade shows, and training sessions to expand professional network and enhance product knowledge.
Education, Training, and Experience : Required : High School Diploma. Solid knowledge of Managed IT and Telcom industries and terminology, or clear capability to learn quickly. Preferred : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field highly preferred or combination of equivalent education and experience. 2+ years proven track record in sales. 2+ years experience in business, marketing, telecommunications, or information technology sales. Previous experience in Information Technology or Telecommunications.

Ability to make sound decisions using the information at hand, courage to decide when decisiveness is called for.
Tools, Equipment, and Software : Demonstrated knowledge of personal computer applications Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Outlook. Demonstrated commitment to and discipline for the use of whichever CRM solution or other tools are defined as mission critical to the work. Must have and maintain a valid Driver's license.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements : Mix of indoor work in an office environment and work at and going between prospect locations. Frequent utilization of manual dexterity, computer screen(s), teleconferencing technologies and similar tools. Frequent travel by vehicle with minimal overnight.
