Are you in your 2nd or 3rd year of an electrical apprenticeship and ready to take on more responsibility? M.J. Nester is hiring an Electrical Lead Helper to support our Foremen on commercial job sites. This role is ideal for someone whos hands-on, eager to grow, and interested in mentoring junior apprentices while continuing their own development toward licensure.

What Youll Do :

• Assist the Foreman with planning and executing daily electrical tasks.
• Lead small crews and help train junior apprentices.
• Perform commercial electrical installations and repairs.
• Ensure work meets safety and quality standards (NEC, OSHA).
• Maintain tools, materials, and job site readiness.
