Caterpillar's Construction Industries Customer Solutions Core Region is hiring a Sales Manager!
Role Definition : Lead a team comprised of business development and sales experts to achieve division goals to drive increased customer results.
What You'll Do
- Deliver business plan sales and market share targets for the company products in a given industry segment or market.
- Develop sales plan and manage customer funnel to achieve business plan targets for company products and services.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through iterative management of listening to customer feedback and developing offerings.
- Lead the selling opportunities identification, customer-back solutions offerings, satisfaction improvement and business relationship enhancement.

Travel : 70%When not traveling, this position will be required to work from a Caterpillar officeSummary Pay Range : $156,000.00 - $234,000.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
