Key Responsibilities

Act as a trusted point of contact for employee relations and conflict resolution

Lead recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and development programs

Create and maintain HR documentation and ensure compliance with labor laws

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required

2-5+ years of experience in HR and people operations

Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management

Proficiency in HR tools and project coordination systems

Ability to work remotely in the Eastern Time Zone
