Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted point of contact for employee relations and conflict resolution
Lead recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and development programs

Required Qualifications

2-5+ years of experience in HR and people operations
Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
Proficiency in HR tools and project coordination systems
