Job Description
We're seeking a passionate BCBA who wants to make an impact, focus on clinical excellence, and finally achieve true work-life balance.

- No nights, no weekends, no on-call duties.

- BCBAs do not create or manage staff schedules, handle HR tasks, or chase insurance claims.
- Manageable Caseload
- Maximum caseload of 12 full-time clients (or up to 32 billable hours per week).
- Practicum students and interns assist with your caseload.
- Meaningful Clinical Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments, supervise treatment plans, train RBTs, and provide parent training.
