Key Responsibilities

Develop and drive the strategic direction of the Mainframe Academy program globally

Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and enhance technical learning programs

Foster a culture of continuous learning by coordinating the development of new learning resources

Required Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience or a BA / BS degree in a related field

5+ years of program or project management experience

2+ years of experience managing a team of learning experience designers

Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

2+ years of experience with a Learning Management System
