Job description
A company is looking for a Mortgage Servicing Sr. Specialist to provide exceptional customer service for mortgage loans.
Key Responsibilities
Provide operational support in mortgage servicing functions such as payment processing and loan onboarding
Resolve mortgage servicing inquiries from internal and external customers through effective communication
Maintain customer confidentiality and track work volume related to specific job duties
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook and Excel
Previous experience in Mortgage Servicing Operations or Real Estate Transactions is preferred
