Key Responsibilities
Lead the redesign of financial operations processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors
Establish standard operating procedures and management dashboards to track performance metrics
Facilitate workshops and mentor teams in continuous improvement techniques
Required Qualifications
10 years of experience in financial operations or accounting process improvement
Expertise in Lean / Lean Six Sigma methods and business process modeling
Proficiency with data and reporting tools such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI
Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, computer science, or a related field
Ability to pass a Moderate Background Investigation (MBI)
