The Applied Data Research and Evaluation Office is looking for a knowledgeable, analytical, hardworking, organized, independent, and committed professional to join the EED Data Help Desk to provide technical assistance to the California State Preschool Programs (CSPP) contractors. The incumbent will provide customer support for data submissions and engage in trouble shooting to resolve issues for end users. The incumbent will support data collection expansion required by legislation and statute for the CSPP. The analyst will collaborate with the EED Policy Office and Guidance and Regulation Office, as well as Early Education Nutrition and Fiscal Services and the Technology Services Division to plan and implement data system improvements; update system documentation; communicate and facilitate CSPP contractor training for data submission; and provide data analytics to increase CSPP enrollment.
