Job Description :

At Johnson & Johnson Finance Corporation (JJFC), we’re more than just a Treasury division—we’re a global team helping J&J affiliates make smart leasing and credit decisions to support innovative capital equipment purchases. We operate across three legal entities, financing medical and other equipment, company vehicles, and supporting affiliates across Europe through our holding company.

As a Senior Finance Analyst , you’ll be a key player in a collaborative global finance team. You’ll ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and forecasting excellence, while building strong relationships across regions. Your work will directly support leasing and asset management, with a primary focus on the US entity.

Responsibilities :

Own and lead monthly close activities and financial forecasting across P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow. Share insights with leadership and support global consolidation of JJFC results.

Be the go-to contact for your assigned areas—building trusted relationships with business partners across the globe.

Drive global standardization and optimization projects (including Signifi), helping us work smarter and faster.

Champion strong internal controls (SOX), audit readiness, and continuous improvement.

Contribute to strategic projects like :

Corporate Aviation Replacement Strategy

NA Fleet Lease Transformation

  • Odessa Leasing System Upgrades

Deliver ad-hoc reporting and analytics that drive decisions.

Support EMEA entities with medical leasing initiatives.

Invest in your growth and well-being—take ownership of your development and help foster a positive team culture.

Knowledge / Experience / Skills required :

Professional accounting qualification (e.g. CMA, CPA) with post-qualification experience.

Strong communication and influencing skills—you know how to connect with people at all levels.

A proactive mindset and a passion for solving problems.

Experience with SAP, CFIN, and Microsoft Office; bonus points for PowerBI or automation tools.

A collaborative spirit—you’re comfortable leading or supporting as needed.

Detail-oriented with excellent planning and prioritization skills.

A mindset for challenging the status quo and driving continuous improvement.

Ability to thrive in a multicultural, cross-functional environment.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$77,000- $124,200

Additional Description for Pay Transparency :

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and / or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs : medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program. Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits : Vacation –120 hours per calendar year Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth / adoption / foster care of a child Condolence Leave – 30 days for an immediate family member : 5 days for an extended family member Caregiver Leave – 10 days Volunteer Leave – 4 days Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours Additional information can be found through the link below.
