The Driver / Fulfillment Team Member performs an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials picking and filling orders from stock packing and shipping orders or managing organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. Loading and unloading trucks picking up and delivering material in trucks that range from ½ tons to 2 tons.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Trip inspections of the truck that you will be operating that day. This includes checking all fluids tires cab bed of truck straps lights etc.
• Able to operate a forklift to assist in loading and unloading material on and off a commercial truck.
• Physical ability to climb up and down the bed of a flatbed truck to strap material down while using a metal winch bar.
• Maintain a safe and clean truck by keeping material out of the cab and off the bed of the truck while also doing periodic cleaning of the inside and outside of the truck.
• Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks and checking in merchandise
• Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area
• Sort and place materials or items on racks shelves or in bins according to organizational standards
• Open pallets crates and other containers
• Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and documenting via the designated channels. May also assist in counting of physical inventory
• Prepare material for shipping via boxes or pallets.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves pallet area and workstations neat; Sweep and free of debris. Always organize warehouse and work area for orderliness
• Wear the proper safety equipment
