Position Overview :

We are seeking a passionate and energetic D-BAT Trainer who will be responsible for teaching baseball and softball skills, fostering a love for the game, and promoting sportsmanship in a technology-enhanced environment.  D-BAT is the baseball and softball franchise arm of TOCA with a variety of product offerings including private lessons, camps and clinics, cage rentals, and batting cage credits. Our goal through D-BAT, is to provide a quality teaching environment to enhance the baseball and softball experience for players of all skill levels on their path to reaching their goals.  A successful candidate in this role is passionate about baseball and softball,  provides a welcoming and engaging environment for players and parents, embodies our core values, and thrives in a fast-paced people-filled setting.
