• Key Responsibilities :
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and
• develop individualized treatment plans
• for pediatric clients.
• Deliver
• engaging, evidence-based physical therapy
• services in a clinic setting.
• Complete accurate, real-time documentation to
• reduce take-home work.
• Supervise OTA-level providers when applicable to ensure
• continuity of care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary therapy team
• to improve client outcomes holistically.
• What You Bring :
• Active Indiana Occupational Therapy License
• 12 years of pediatric experience preferred (new grads with passion and drive are encouraged to apply)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
