Transaction Real Estate Attorney

The Real Estate Transaction Attorney will serve as internal corporate counsel supporting the company’s real estate operations, development projects, and business transactions. This role focuses on contracts, negotiations, and acquisitions—not litigation—and will work closely with senior management, project teams, and external counsel to ensure all real estate transactions and agreements align with business objectives and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law, including property acquisitions, leasing, financing, and commercial contract negotiation, with the ability to deliver practical, business-oriented legal guidance.
