Responsibilities :

Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy sessions to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities

Implement individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

Collect and record data on client progress and behavior

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and progress

Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Special Education, Human Services) or a Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children with ASD or other developmental disabilities

RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends
