Were seeking a Service Manager to join our operations team at one of our NYC midtown locations. The Service Manager will report directly to the General Manager

What Youll Do :

The Service Manager is responsible for ensuring the success of all programs, while maintaining a profitable operation & high-quality products & service levels. The Service Manager is expected to share ideas to promote business; reduce employee turnover; maintain revenue & payroll budgets; & meet budgeted productivity while keeping quality consistently high.

• Supervise & set up the culinary service in a quick & efficient manner to participants & ensure that it follows The Program Execution Order
• Supervise the service team & support staff including setup, utilities, maintenance, & security
• Coordinate culinary service between the culinary team & service team
• Keep culinary informed of accurate counts
• Review menu / service with production & culinary teams
• Enforce all rules & regulations & ability to carry out all safety & emergency programs
• Monitor all beverage consumption
• Follow all health & safety regulations & ensure sanitation & cleanliness of service areas

Base Salary :

Salary Min : $70,000 Salary Max : $75,000

This role is also eligible for Convene's annual incentive performance bonus plan.
