In the role of Project Manager Assistant, we'll count on you to :

• Work as part of the geotechnical section under the supervision of a Project Manager to coordinate the work of a multidisciplined team throughout the entire project's development.
• Participate in reviews with various governing agencies for code compliance.
• Conduct schematic, design development, and contract document work sessions in conjunction with all disciplines.
• Coordinate workload throughout the entire project development to ensure the timely completion of documents.
• Work with the Project Manager, Regional Controller, and the Department Manager or Managing Principal for project reviews with Corporate management on an as-needed basis.
• Establish sequencing of tasks from financial management through successful completion, utilizing our technology, standards, and project delivery practices.
• Take responsibility for project management, including developing and managing project budgets, schedules, and quality of products.
• Work closely with our technical design staff and act as a resource for questions related to project management processes, procedures, and budgets.
• Travel is required to perform project work on an as-needed basis.
• Previous experience with tunnel projects strongly desired.
