Job description????️ Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems Diagnose HVAC system issues and perform preventive maintenance Lead service calls and act as a resource for junior technicians Communicate effectively with customers and team members Participate in on-call rotation and handle emergency service calls Maintain accurate service records ???? Schedule Monday to Friday Overtime available Rotating on-call schedule 5+ years of HVAC experience (commercial preferred) EPA Universal or Type II certification (required) Valid driver's license with clean MVR Ability to pass a background check and drug screening High school diploma or equivalent preferred Strong work ethic, technical skills, and leadership qualities

Metro Mechanical is hiring experienced HVAC service technicians in Birmingham, Alabama. This is a full-time role with steady year-round work and a company vehicle. You’ll work independently on commercial HVAC and light refrigeration systems, leading service calls and mentoring junior techs.
