Senior Solar Troubleshooting Technician

A company is looking for a Senior Solar & Storage Remote Troubleshooting Support Technician.

Key Responsibilities

Remotely restore inverters and storage systems through resets and parameter changes

Create detailed work orders when remote restoration is unsuccessful, documenting diagnostics

Support live troubleshooting by guiding field technicians and escalating issues as needed

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Associate's degree or equivalent experience

Minimum of 2 years field troubleshooting experience on GE or PE inverters

Advanced experience using OEM software such as GE HDM or SMA Sunny Central

Strong understanding of DC field systems
