PACU RN Job Details Assignment Type : Travel nursing contract Location : Rochester, NY 14642 (New York nursing jobs) Healthcare Setting : Level 1 Trauma Center - Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Contract Duration : 13 weeks (Start : 12 / 8 / 2025 - End : 3 / 7 / 2026) Hours per Week : 36 Shift : 12-hour rotating shifts (Days / Evenings / Nights), including holidays, weekends, and on-call / call-back as needed Estimated Weekly Pay : $2130 - $2190 PACU Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in New York State Minimum 2 years of recent PACU nursing experience required ICU nursing experience preferred BLS certification (American Heart Association) ACLS certification (American Heart Association) Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a clinical setting PACU RN Responsibilities Recover and monitor post-operative adult patients in a busy PACU environment Deliver high-quality patient care in a Level 1 trauma center Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams Maintain a positive attitude and direct communication with patients and staff Respond to on-call and call-back situations as required Adhere to unit standards, hospital protocols, and best practices in nursing care Apply now to join our Rochester healthcare team and take the next step in your travel nursing career!
