Quote Expeditor

Working closely with the Production Manager and Senior Buyer, the Quote Expeditor is responsible for providing expedite support to management and production ensuring that Dimation's products and services meet the customers' requirements. Main job duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to : Material Quoting, BOM Scrubbing, Materials BOM (PUR-FRM-007 Materials BOM), Prepare quote proposals, including review of specifications, purchase orders, Terms & Conditions. Generate post-sales paperwork. Effectively update production personnel on status of critical projects, changes in planning, unexpected issues or changes in established plans. Communicates with all levels of company personnel to ensure all needs are met. Tries to determine causes of delays and suggests possible corrections. Initiates action to remedy situations within scope of authority. Also performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor as needed.
