This position requires a strong accounting background that requires you to review, investigate, and correct errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports. The Corporate Accountant must have the ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment. Essential Job Functions Timely and accurate recording of vendor invoices and expenses in Salesforce, Concur, and our accounting software, maintaining compliance with company standards and GAAP End-to-end payment processes, including ACH and check runs, to support vendor relationships and cash flow management Oversee monthly billing reconciliations to ensure all recurring obligations are met promptly and accurately Manage BPO and review accounting entries for accuracy P&L expense review and analysis to drive accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in month-end close reporting Support role for daily cash flow reconciliations and record wire transfers and credit card deposits Support role for preparation of monthly financial statements and compilation of related management reports Support role for bank statement, credit card statement, GL account and vendor account reconciliations Develop, document, and refine our accounting standard operating procedures (SOPs) in alignment with evolving business practices Lead accounting department initiatives related to software migration, system enhancements, and organizational change management Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organizations Direct the continued development of the company’s travel management processes Execute strategic and ad hoc projects assigned by management, with accountability for outcomes Required Skills :
