Skilled Maintenance Technician

Job description Position Overview We are currently seeking a Skilled Maintenance Technician with proven electrical and plumbing experience to join our team! You will be responsible for completing general work orders for contracted clients and assist on sites with basic electrical / plumbing needs on interior commercial building projects and renovations. This position requires physical labor and involves the use of different hand tools and machines. Responsibilities Complete work and repair orders in a timely manner ensuring good quality work Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks Work independently and communicate effectively Maintain material and supply inventory for personal use Review work performed by outside contractors as necessary Necessary Skills and Expertise Previous experience working in maintenance-related field Good basic electrical and plumbing skills along with power equipment safety and use knowledge Ability to work independently and as a team in a demanding, fast-paces environment Possess strong initiative and positive attitude towards all work Desire for physical work and hands-on preference Job Type : Full-time Pay : $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits : 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Schedule : - 8 hour shift Experience : - Maintenance : 5 years (Preferred) License / Certification : - Driver's License (Required) with clean driving record
