ABOUT OUR AGENCY :

I opened my agency on November 1, 2024, and currently have one team member, but we're looking to grow and bring on individuals who are passionate about helping others. I graduated from Robert Morris University with a degree in finance and chose to become a State Farm agent to support people in protecting what matters most while building long-term relationships with customers.

Community involvement is a big part of who we are - we proudly support the local humane society and youth sports programs, giving back to causes that make a difference close to home.

ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Christian Sepos - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
