A company is looking for a proactive DACH Country Manager to develop the market and deliver profitability for its brands.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities

Develop tailored, country-specific market strategies to enhance positioning and growth

Recruit and train teams to adapt to local market nuances and contribute to global success

Required Qualifications

4+ years in iGaming or Betting, preferably on the operator side

1+ year in a Country Manager position in iGaming or Betting

Strong familiarity with the region's culture, business practices, and economic landscape

Proven track record of navigating regulatory frameworks in the industry

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
