The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing all necessary resources throughout the entire project, from start-up through closeout. The PM manages the project from beginning to end including : budget, costs, schedule, risk management, insurances, general work performance and quality.
General Responsibilities :
- Lead and communicate with field supervision, subcontractors and vendors to help them meet all scheduling demands / goals and project benchmarks
- Administer and manage all financial aspects of the contracts with the client, subcontractors, and any purchase orders
- Manage multiple projects depending on size, complexity, and type
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required5+ years of experience managing commercial projects (ground-up or large renovations exceeding $5-10million)Excellent communication skills
