An established practice in Southern California has a unique hybrid opportunity that combines virtual primary care and on-site outpatient responsibilities two days every other week. The clinic facility is located in Eastern Riverside County on the Colorado River. The practice provides a physician friendly work / life balance in a safe community environment with an affordable cost of living.

• 100% outpatient only with the option for up to 80% telehealth responsibilities
• Full-time position with flexible scheduling
• Established patient volume
• Staff includes medical assistant and front office personel
• W2 employed or independent contractor 1099 options available
• Part-time scheduling available
• Secondary location in Santa Barbara County wine country also available
