About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Sales Associate / Marketing Specialist to assist our Wholesale Manager with church outreach, wholesale partnerships, and outbound marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow in sales and marketing within the Christian publishing industry. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, remain calm under pressure, and be comfortable communicating with church leaders, ministries, and retail partners. They will also have the ability to learn new technologies quickly, supporting the wholesale team with organization, follow-up, and campaign execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Knowledge of the Christian publishing industry and church / ministry contexts.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with comfort making phone calls daily.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly (CRM, sales tools, project management platforms).
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and remains calm under pressure.
  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Alignment with the mission and values of The Daily Grace Co.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Wholesale Manager in daily tasks, including outreach, follow-up, and reporting.
  • Make outbound phone calls and emails to churches, ministries, and retail accounts to build relationships and promote resources.
  • Support the planning and execution of wholesale and church-focused marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of contacts, communications, and opportunities in CRM systems.
  • Provide excellent customer service to wholesale and church accounts, answering questions and guiding orders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure wholesale and church campaigns align with broader company initiatives.
  • Learn and utilize new technologies and tools for communication, reporting, and sales optimization.
  • Support the Wholesale Manager in achieving growth targets and expanding TDGCs reach in the Christian publishing market.
  • Other duties as assigned.
