Pool Supervisor
Four Seasons Hotel Miami is looking for a Pool Supervisor who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Responsibilities include :
- Supervising the day-to-day operations of the pool deck
- Directing attendants, servers, and bartenders as necessary as well as assisting guests and residents
- Ensuring all staff adhere to all Four Seasons standards of service for pool service and food and beverage service
- Assisting managing inventory, scheduling, and meal breaks for staff
- Reviewing daily arrivals to ensure proper handling of V.I.P. guests, residents, return guests, groups, etc.
- Supervising the consistency of quality and efficiency of food and beverage service
- Maintaining the Poolside as a safe environment and in accordance with all health department regulations
- Assisting other departments as required in resolving problems. The ability to handle guest complaints and concerns and to act where needed
Preferred qualifications and skills include :
1-2 years supervisory experience in a food and beverage related roleAbility to work inside and outside while servicing the Pool area. Subject to all weather conditions including sun, wind, and rainThe Supervisor position requires continuous standing for up to 8 hours a day and requires the ability to lift up to 50lbsA sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peersGood organizational skills, with the ability to work with teams all around the hotelAbility to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditionsHigh work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our teamPreferred experience in a luxury hotel or resortMust be flexible with schedule : able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays shiftsAbility to multi-task in a high volume and demanding environmentRequires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English languageBenefits Four Season Employees Enjoy :
