We're seeking a motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join a dedicated team in a welcoming Skilled Nursing Facility located in Pahokee, FL . Responsibilities : \t

Evaluate and treat patients with physical, emotional, or cognitive impairments

Develop individualized treatment plans and document progress in Net Health EMR

\t\t

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to promote optimal patient outcomes

Maintain 85% productivity

Requirements : \t

Active Florida PT license (or eligibility)

Previous SNF experience preferred

Strong clinical and communication skills
