Software Development Manager, Mobile Applications, Zappos Tech

Zappos Tech is seeking a Software Development Manager to lead a team of software developers in

crafting engaging customer experiences supporting the retail native applications for both iOS and Android. Youll drive the development of responsive accessible and performant applications that delight our customers and support our business growth.

Key job responsibilities

• Collaborate with partner teams including UX Product Management and backend API teams on feature design and requirements
• Build and develop a strong team of engineers to maintain the application shopping experience
• Manage the team roadmap and prioritization to ensure efficient delivery for our customers and stakeholders
• Ensure a high application performance bar for uptime and application metrics
• Manage App Store release distribution and rollout cadence

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $166400 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $287700 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and / or other benefits.
