Safety Compliance Manager – Be a Key Part of the zTrip Team!

zTrip, the largest taxi service in the U.S., is seeking a Safety Compliance Manager to ensure that both our drivers and staff stay compliant with health and safety regulations. In this role, you'll be responsible for rolling out safety programs, monitoring compliance, and continuously improving safety practices to keep our work environment secure and efficient.

Key Responsibilities of a Safety Compliance Manager :

Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies that align with federal, state, and corporate regulations

Perform risk assessments and recommend improvements to enhance safety measures

Provide training and guidance on accident prevention and regulatory compliance

Investigate incidents and coach drivers to foster a culture of safety

Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with safety standards

Analyze safety trends and offer actionable recommendations for improvement

Qualifications of a Safety Compliance Manager :

Experience : Background in fleet safety, risk management, or a similar role

Strong knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA, FMCSA, FTA)

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities

Detail-oriented with keen observational skills

Fleetio experience is a plus!
