Construction Integration Manager
The primary role of the Construction Integration Manager is to supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers, ensuring efficient and effective operations. Responsibilities include implementing measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency. The Construction Integration Manager also reviews operations and confers with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems. They develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production quality control and maintenance to detect production problems. Additionally, they hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, as well as resolve personnel grievances. The Construction Integration Manager sets and monitors product standards to ensure quality finished products and prepares and maintains production reports and personnel records.
Essential skills include construction, fit-out, project management, construction management, data center operations, telecom, network infrastructure, telecommunications construction, telecom engineering. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience is required, with knowledge and experience in telecom fit-out on a large-scale data center. Preferred qualifications include BICSI and Fiber certification, familiarity with telecom specifications, a high school diploma or GED, and an associate's degree in business or related field. Verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are also required. The ability to work independently and manage one's time is essential, along with knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and techniques for maximizing manufacturing and distribution efficiency. Understanding of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance, is also necessary. Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models is required.
This position requires local talent with experience in data center construction and telecom fit-out on a large scale. The successful candidate will be familiar with telecom specifications and should be prepared to work independently. The work environment is fast-paced, requiring excellent time management and the ability to address and resolve challenges efficiently.
This is a contract position based out of Palmetto, GA. The pay range for this position is $69.00 - $79.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
