AI Operations Manager

A company is looking for an AI Operations Manager to oversee and drive the execution of AI data projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage AI data creation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery for enterprise clients

Develop detailed project plans, including workflows, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation

Monitor project scope and ensure alignment with client expectations through effective communication

Required Qualifications

3-5 years managing complex, client-facing projects in fast-paced environments, preferably in AI or data annotation

2+ years in a technical solutions, sales engineering, or customer-facing role within Professional Services or Systems Engineering

Experience with coding and querying languages such as Python and SQL

Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science) or equivalent experience

Solid grasp of AI / ML principles and workflows, including hands-on work with data annotation platforms
