The agency offers advanced marketing services, utilizing both time-tested and emerging methods and technologies to secure a higher rate of customer engagement and retention.

We are seeking a Junior Marketing Associate who’s eager to roll up their sleeves and grow with us. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, a creative spark, and a desire to learn across marketing, with a focus on email and SMS channels.

This is a hybrid position, with 3 days a week in our Flatiron office.

What You’ll Do :

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on email and SMS
• Work directly with the CEO on company marketing initiatives, including :
• Updating company website
• Sending out newsletters
• Engaging on social media
• Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to help craft compelling short-form copy for email subject lines, social media captions, ads, and more
• Help manage our email marketing content calendars and scheduling
• Research audience trends, competitor content, and campaign performance to inform strategy
• Support basic digital design work (e.g., banners, email graphics, social creatives) using tools like Canva or Figma
• Collaborate with our copywriters, designers, and campaign managers
• Provide general marketing support and jump in where needed
