As a Shift Manager you will be responsible for working productively and supervising restaurant Team Members to ensure they perform their job responsibilities so that the restaurant achieves customer satisfaction and profitability during your shift. Candidates should have a high school degree and possess basic math skills, excellent verbal communication, and interpersonal relations skills. The candidate should be dependable, hardworking, and have the ability to work under pressure and in stressful situations and be able to perform all the essential functions of the job.
