Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Shipping and Receiving Clerk at our Troy facility. You will play a crucial role in managing the flow of materials throughout the facility, ensuring smooth operations and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Keep materials stacked and move material throughout the facility.
• Stock the line when parts are running low.
• Fill and unload pallets and tubs.
• Maintain accurate data counts.
• Pull materials to the dock for shipment.

Work Environment

Work in a 150,000 sq. ft. launch sequencing facility dedicated exclusively to Chrysler business. The recently remodeled facility maintains a high standard of safety and cleanliness, particularly in the cleanroom environment. The facility features 244 Fanuc robots, sub-assembly cells, flex cells, stand-alone cells, weld robots, and dispensing robots. This is a non-union plant where the plastics side operates on a JIT system while the metals side does not. Please note that cell phones are not permitted on the floor. The standard work schedule is 1st shift, 6am - 2 : 30pm, with potential overtime and some Saturdays required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50 / hr.
