Position Type : Full-Time Physician Pediatrics Overview

We are seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Pediatrician to join a well-established practice in Bakersfield, CA . This is a full-time, permanent opportunity in a supportive environment with competitive compensation, excellent benefits, and a strong emphasis on work-life balance .

  • Outpatient pediatric practice with modern facilities
  • Treat patients from newborn through young adulthood (up to age 20)
  • Flexible schedule, Monday Friday, day shift

Candidate Requirements

  • MD / DO, Board Certified / Board Eligible in Pediatrics
  • Active California medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Minimum 1 year of pediatric patient care experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care
