Material Handler 2 (3rd Shift)

SUMMARY OF POSITION : This position is responsible for weighing gram bags for compound batches and unloading bulk raw materials from tanks, railcars and trucks.
Essential Functions
- Accurately weigh ingredients for gram bags by following recipe to properly supply mixers.
- Operation of all bulk unloading systems to transfer delivered blacks, clays and oils into bulk storage.
- Order raw materials as needed.
- Manage inventory of raw materials, incoming supplies and needs of the mixers.
- Sample and identify raw materials. Confirm quality.
- Keep area clean.
- Must use frequent physical effort to perform job duties.
- Able to foster professionalism with all associates along with internal and external customers.
- Monitor and follow all safety preventative measures and practices, including 5S+ safety guidelines.

Education : High School diploma or GED preferred
Experience : Previous experience in manufacturing preferred
