As a Security Officer – Retail Mall Patrol in Pittsburgh, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail and mall locations, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will conduct regular patrols, interact with the public, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You’ll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
