Executive Chef Responsibilities :
- Ultimate responsibility for overseeing production, quality control and recipe adherence.
- Maintain a pristine establishment that exceeds all Health Department regulations.
- Deliver exceptional cost controls by constantly monitoring and overseeing a sizable product inventory
Executive Chef Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in a similar role in high volume catering or event spaceDemonstrated competence in managing a large inventory.Contribute towards recipe creation.Mentorship to 20+ Sous Chefs and Team Members.Executive Chef Benefits :
