Nucor Steel Arkansas is seeking a commercial leader for the role of Inside Sales Manager. The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for leading the inside sales team and achieving department goals. Excellent communication skills are essential as this key role coordinates with customers, all departments, sheet mill group, and the Nucor Enterprise. Growth and development of the Nucor Arkansas team is a vital function of this role wherein the supervisor will guide personal growth and continuous improvement in safety, quality, cost, productivity and profitability.

Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Supervisory and leadership experience with a proven ability to manage and develop teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technical, or a related field; or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the metals industry.
