Location : Arizona (Phoenix / Scottsdale base preferred)

THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a self-motivated, results-driven sales professional with deep knowledge and connections within Arizona’s aesthetic, MedSpa, dermatology, and professional skincare market. This is an opportunity to grow a new territory from the ground up - with the support of our HubSpot-powered lead-gen engine, dynamic marketing campaigns, and targeted advertising programs. You will be the face of DermaQuest in Arizona - building new business, expanding market share, and cultivating lasting partnerships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prospect and close new business accounts
  • (MedSpas, Estheticians, Dermatologists, Spas, Salons)
  • Manage and nurture your territory pipeline using HubSpot CRM
  • Develop strong relationships with decision-makers and staff to educate, sample, demo, and sell
  • Highlight DermaQuest’s Skin Health System as a strong point of difference
  • Partner with HQ to run local promotions, educational events, and training days
  • Leverage sampling, gratis, and trunk stock programs effectively to drive ROI
  • Report weekly activity, wins, and account progression in CRM
  • Act as a brand ambassador - inspiring trust, professionalism, and passion
  • Manage weekly, monthly and quarterly sales goals effectively

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 1–3+ years of B2B field sales experience in skincare, aesthetics, medical or devices
  • Existing book of business or contacts in Arizona aesthetics / MedSpa / Medical market strongly preferred
  • Highly organized and self-directed - able to work independently in a field sales environment
  • Fluent with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and digital lead nurturing
  • A passion for skincare science, education, and clinical-level results
  • Ability to manage samples, trunk stock, and sales tools responsibly and strategically
  • Comfortable hosting trainings, demos, and events at the account level
