• Call ratio 1 : 5 with 30-minute response time
• 10 patients per shift
• 2 OR beds in department
• General anesthesia, spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia required
• Neurosurgical cases, spine procedures, and open heart anesthesia
• Complex vascular and orthopedic cases
• Pain management techniques and post-op blocks
• Thoracic cases and ventilation management
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
