Pay Rate : $20.00 an hour with $2.00 an hour additional shift differential on swing and grave shift
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the sanitation operation under the supervision of the Executive Steward
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and sanitation including walk in coolers, floors, walls, ceilings, equipment, small-wares, china, glass and flatware
- Clean exterior of all kitchen exhaust hoods and filters
- Ensure china, glass, flatware, ice glows, serving trays, etc. are organized and ready before banquet functions and to clean and return the same
- Perform "Deep Cleans" of each food preparation area
- Participate in safety training and monitor to ensure conformance
- Provide operational updates to management
