Position Overview :

We are seeking highly skilled Mercedes-Benz , BMW , and European Vehicle Technicians to join the team in Las Vegas, NV. These full-time, in-person roles are perfect for experienced "A" or Master Technicians with a passion for German and European vehicles.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of European vehicles, including Mercedes-Benz, BMW, and other German makes.
  • Perform advanced mechanical and electrical diagnostics using modern tools and equipment.
  • Deliver high-quality service that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient shop operations.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician.
  • Authorization to work in the United States with competent English skills.
  • Strong expertise with German or European vehicles; dealership experience preferred but not required.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

    • Compensation :

  • Hourly Rate : $30–$55 per hour, depending on skill level and experience.
  • Opportunities for bonuses with a potential program in development.

  • Paid Time Off (PTO) :

    • 1 week of PTO after the first year.

  • 2 weeks of PTO after the second year.
  • Monday–Friday schedule, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM (some days may extend to 5 : 15 / 5 : 30).
