School Social Worker

One of our clients is seeking a motivated professional to work as a School Licensed Social Worker in the Baltimore area.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Serve on Student Support Teams of identified students
* Support Student Support Team plans to implement interventions that address the root cause of attendance, behavioral, and/or academic challenge(s) with identified students.
* Provide support internally and externally to schools in the successful implementation of the SST plan for student success.
* Manage progress monitoring data to provide SST guidance.
* Collect quantitative and qualitative data from school and community state holders
* Maintain a log to capture data to inform the SST team of the effectiveness of plan
* Connect with families as appropriate to support student

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
* Minimum of Master's Degree in Social Work
* Licensed in the State of practice required in Social Work (LMSW/LCSW-C)
* Medical Social Work experience
* Ability to undergo and satisfactorily complete given background checks
