Job descriptionPrior experience in restoration, construction, or labor-intensive work is a plus Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks Must be available Monday through Friday, with flexibility for on-call duty Valid driver's license with a clean 5-year record and no accidents (required) High school diploma or GED preferred Strong work ethic, team attitude, and communication skill Full-time stable employment with growth opportunities Competitive hourly pay based on experience Paid training and certifications (IICRC, OSHA, etc.) Monthly on-call rotation with additional compensation Career advancement potential in a national brand network Work for industry leader SERVPRO of East Windsor and Old Bridge / Cranbury

Location : New Jersey Area (SERVPRO of East Windsor & SERVPRO of Old Bridge / Cranbury)
On-Call : 1 week / month rotation may be required

About the Position
SERVPRO, a busy and respected restoration company in New Jersey, is seeking a dependable and motivated Restoration Technician to join our growing team. This is a full-time position, ideal for someone who is hands-on, safety-conscious, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration jobs
- Perform demolition, debris removal, cleaning, drying, and equipment setup
- Assist team leads with job execution and customer interaction
- Maintain clean and organized job sites and vehicles
- Complete documentation and follow SERVPRO processes
- Participate in occasional on-call rotation (1 week per month)
