Position Overview :

FULL TIME : MONDAY-FRIDAY 4 : 00PM-12 : 00AM

The Shipping Clerk is responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely, and safe preparation and shipment of customer orders. This role works closely with warehouse, inventory, and transportation teams to meet shipping deadlines, maintain inventory accuracy, and uphold quality and safety standards.

Essential Duties :

• Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments according to customer specifications and company standards.
• Generate and verify shipping documents including packing slips, bills of lading, and shipping labels.
• Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and ensure on-time delivery.
• Perform final inspections on outbound shipments to ensure order accuracy, proper packaging, and damage-free products.
• Maintain shipping logs, records, and documentation accurately in the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Assist with loading trucks and securing shipments as needed.
• Communicate with customer service, sales, and other departments regarding order status, delays, or issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shipping area following company safety protocols.
• Assist with receiving and inventory tasks as needed.
